Pso Happy has a survey app that gathers data about the impact of living with psoriasis. This data is used to be raise awareness, influence public policy, and ultimately improve the lives of the patients. Studio Lovelock was tasked with developing their brand identity and improving the conversion rates of their website which drove traffic to the mobile app.
Through analysis of the audience and existing user data, we refined the strategy with a new site structure and improved messaging. The brand identity was also developed to establish a warmer and more compassionate tone of voice. A set of illustrations were created to add visual impact to the page. The underlying concept was a sense of togetherness and community. This manifested itself through use of a continuous flowing line.
In addition we created a set of simple animations to explain key findings from the data in a clear and engaging manner.
